ImageCare Radiology is looking for a Practice Manager to oversee our Jefferson facility!
Reports To : COO, CEO
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
To manage and direct clinic business operations and oversee all clinic incoming and
outgoing transactions. Address patient, physician, and staff issues, employee schedules and
daily operational concerns as they arise. To monitor staff performance and ensure that
patient needs are being satisfied.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative supervision and support for clinic business office staff. Listen
to and solve physician and employee problems. Assist physicians with updating
licenses, credentials, etc.
Procedures which have been set by the COO and CEO. are carried out.
Department, Tech staff, Radiologists and Contracted Services (such as Cleaning
Service, Courier Service and Contractors).
professional and courteous manner.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the
knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related
to the job, plus 5 years related experience and / or training, and 2 years related
management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities inaccordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities includeinterviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work;appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints andresolving problems.
Reliable Commute / Willing to relocate to Jefferson 07849 NJ is a must.
Experience in radiology is highly preferred.
