Responsibilities & Qualifications

Our Supervisor will be responsible with assisting in the daily management of the East Fulfillment Center.
Shift: 1st shift- Monday to Friday (6:00am - 4:30pm)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Fulfillment Center Associates & standards
- Manage fulfillment center schedule that delivers product on time
- Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
- Manage daily operations: product flow, shipping, receiving, merchandise expense, used garment issues, new order process, garment preparation
- Create and analyze reports to enhance fulfillment center performance
- Review key performance indicators (KPI’s) and develop improvement plans as needed
- Maximize fulfillment center efficiency and capacity
- Manage Safety & Health Program: ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Maintain high associate approval ratings
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 2-5 years warehouse or plant management/leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong organizational and oral communications skills
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office products and Oracle programing is preferred
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
- Previous experience with the Healthcare industry is a plus
- Bilingual preferred
