Position Overview:
As Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll create and lead innovative strategies to attract high performing talent, shape the candidate experience, and build a talent pipeline to fuel our continued growth. Reporting to the SVP, Talent, you will work closely with leadership to align hiring goals with business objectives and foster a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that strives for continuous improvement and delivers high-impact results for the organization.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution:
• Partner with leadership and Human Resources to proactively identify future hiring needs and implement plans for talent pipeline development.
• Drive a candidate centric and efficient recruitment process that delivers high quality candidates.
• Utilize data and market insights to continuously refine and implement our talent acquisition initiatives to ensure competitive positioning in the talent market.
• Develop strategies & initiatives with key external partners to source top talent (e.g. Military, Campus, etc.)
• Develop and lead recruitment marketing and branding initiatives to drive applicant flow.
Executive Recruiting:
• Lead executive level recruiting, including requisition management, sourcing, job interviews and calibration calls.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Strong track record of building and executing talent acquisition strategies for fast-growing organizations.
• Expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring for a wide range of roles including sales, production and service.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment technologies, tools, and platforms (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, etc.).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and act on data-driven insights to continuously optimize recruiting efforts.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
