We are seeking a Senior Vice President to spearhead our long-term growth initiatives and corporate development efforts in Elmsford, NY (30 mins north of Central Park).
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic vision and initiatives in alignment with overall business goals
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with other executives to evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures, leading due diligence and integration efforts
- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic recommendations
- Manage the corporate development team, providing mentorship and guidance to foster skill development and career growth
- Drive innovation across the organization by fostering a culture of creativity
- Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives across departments and establish clear performance metrics to measure success
- Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with potential partners, investors, and other external entities
Requirements:
- Significant experience in strategy, corporate development, or consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in formulating and implementing successful business strategies in a complex environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in M&A processes, including negotiation, financial modeling, and integration
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
