We are seeking a Route Specialist to join our
Knoxville, TN
Essential job responsibilites include, but are not limited to the following
- Manage customer inventory
- Identify problem/root causes and develop alternative courses of action and make decisions that are based on logic assumptions which reflect factual information
- Provide route relief to cover Route Driver's vacations, call outs, reroutes and additional volume
- Make special deliveries to customers
- Responsible for account maintenance and route logistics
- Schedule Monday-Friday
- Pay $25.00 per hour
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds plus, as well as push and pull carts of linen
- Must be computer literate
- CDL B and/or A preferred but not required
- Some delivery, logistics and/or route experience
- Communication skills Excellent oral, written, phone and face-to-face
- One year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
