Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across various business sectors to proactively identify change needs and pinpoint opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, innovation, communication, and strategic planning. The role involves assessing the impact of proposed changes, meticulously capturing and documenting requirements, and ensuring their successful delivery while providing support to ImageFIRST throughout the implementation process. Serving as a liaison between Information Technology and business, the Senior Business Analyst will actively seek to understand and contribute to the business's priorities. The Senior Business Analyst will also take on a mentoring role for other Business Analysts, providing leadership to the team. In the absence of the Innovation Applications Manager, Senior Business Analyst will step in to offer guidance and direction to the team. The Senior Business Analyst will handle Moderate to Complex and Strategic projects and issues identified by the business and assigned by Information Technology leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide effective business analysis utilizing analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Employ a comprehensive approach to gather pertinent data through reporting, observation, and interviews. Conduct thorough business analysis to derive meaningful insights, enabling the formulation of strategic recommendations for improvements in application functionality, business processes, and reporting infrastructure.
- Develop and write comprehensive, accurate, clear, and well-structured specification requirements for business owner signoff and for use in the development process.
- Generate accurate and comprehensive business sequence, workflow, dataflow, and/or process flow diagrams as needed to support and enhance business operations.
- Present findings, recommendations, and updates adeptly, delivering effective presentations to multiple levels of management with clarity and impact.
- Aid in the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience required; MBA preferred.
- Technical experience with SQL, QlikView, or other analytics tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions within an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity in early-stage product development and adapt to a changing digital landscape.
- Ability to synthesize complex information, seeing the big picture while managing details effectively.
