Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to tremendous growth we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team at our corporate office in Elmsford, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for all corporate and sales positions, and plant positions Supervisor and above
  • Establish and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing excellent customer service and pro-active communication
  • Assist Talent Acquisition staff with implementing standardized recruiting practices – including but not limited to internal and external postings, creating recruiting collateral materials, and consistently promoting open positions on IFTV, social media, job boards and other outlets as appropriate
  • Support partnering with hiring managers to develop individual recruiting plans for assigned open positions
  • Conduct candidate sourcing through various recruiting techniques including job boards, social media, networking and other internet research techniques
  • Manage the offer and pre-employment screening process including administration of drug tests, background checks and E-Verify
  • Assist with creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent


Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
  • Some experience in a corporate HR environment
  • Flexible, with the ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Experience with an ATS such as iCIMS is a plus
