- Has had success recruiting a broad range of dentistry positions, including: hygienists, office managers and dental assistants.
- Establishes and maintains credibility with your candidates and partners.
- Adds to current team environment of \"No Jerks allowed.\" Is a collaborative partner not a competitive recruiter.
- Knows how to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback.
- Meets or exceeds performance metrics.
In this role you may expect:
- To utilize your organizational skills and your communication skills to drive recruiting for the roles you are responsible for.
- Be part of a small high-performing, collaborative team in an environment that fosters and encourages quick thinking, assertive sourcing skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting.
- Be driven by data, and adhere to standards and behaviors that provide clean data.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and place a strong focus on the candidate experience.
- Identify improvement opportunities, and participate in / lead enterprise improvement initiatives.
- Travel to local schools and events when needed.
- Travel to non local schools and events on an average of about 2-6 times per year.
These are our must haves:
- 3 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter either in the dental space, medical space or in a high volume environment.
- 2 years of experience executing social media recruiting campaigns.
- Experience with process improvement tools, SLAs, and recruiting metrics.
- 2 years influencing hiring managers though education and data points.
- Experience using ICIMS.
- Successful experience recruiting in hard to fill markets.
- School relationships within the dental field.
