ImageNet and Youth Scoreboards have partnered together, and we are looking for a Digital Media Account Executive who will be responsible for growing our Digital Media Advertising in the Houston metro area. This position will uncover advertising growth opportunities for businesses utilizing our modern, dynamic, and eye-catching network of installed outdoor digital video screens strategically placed in hundreds of highly attended youth baseball and softball parks in the Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri regions. You do not need to be knowledgeable in youth sports to be a good fit for this position, but Digital Media sales experience is a definite requirement. This is a face to face, direct to client position with a heavy focus on relationship building.

- Attend initial and ongoing training on company products, the company business, and effective sales techniques; retain and apply skills and knowledge learned in training sessions
- Understand target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies attract clients.
- Have a strong understanding of company products, competition in the market and positioning.
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date with corporate competitors.
- Research and compile prospective customers/clients and proactively develop new customer relationships through avenues including, but not limited to, cold calling, telemarketing, networking events, referrals, and lead lists
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on existing and prospective customers to solicit current or future opportunities
- Manage and maintain current customer relationships, providing at least quarterly reviews, best practices recommendations, areas for improvement, and status reports, along with identifying additional advertising opportunities with our clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and potential clients; develop and maintain relationships with multiple positions within the organization
- Maintain all data regarding sales calls, forecast business and customer files in the company provided CRM according to standards set by the company
- Collaborate closely with clients during all phases of the sales cycle
- Responsible for meeting objectively set sales goals determined by Regional President
- Prepare advertising proposals, presenting value propositions to match each client’s individual advertising needs
- Manage the process of executing our advertising sales contracts, and collaborate with all other team members to complete a clients advertising campaign
- Prepare any reports of business transactions and expenses for applicable reimbursements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Four years’ prior business to business sales experience required
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Previous Digital Media Advertising and marketing experience is required
