Responsible for the management of the Alliances centralized supply order functions. Identifies and resolves all issues in supply ordering through various communication platforms, including inbound calls, and monitoring functionality, ensuring achievement of all short and long-term objectives.
Responsibilities
- Audit supply orders before they are released for delivery.
- Run reports to identify accounts that may be receiving more supplies than contracted
- Maintain proper client supply levels through use of a Data Collection Agent (DCA) system.
- Coordinate with warehouses for the retrieval of excess supplies from client locations.
- Utilize reports to compile detailed information and identify excessive supply accounts to Management monthly.
- Track and report supply cost increase/decrease by branch and Alliance consolidated.
- Manage all day to day functions associated with supply needs of internal and external customers.
- Review customer usage reports on a weekly basis.
- Track order shipment records in case of a dispute or for confirmation of supply orders.
- Ensure clients have all necessary supplies and determines optimum supply levels.
- Help to maintain up to date contact information for accounts.
- Handles inbound/outbound client phone calls, answers client inquiries, and helps to resolve client issues by coordinating with proper company personnel.

- Must be highly organized and capable of effective, efficient multi-tasking and time management.
- Mathematical skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Computer and technical skills, with a demonstrated aptitude to acquire greater skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts and instruction manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and fill out all paperwork associated with job. Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees one-on-one or in groups.
- Strong sense of responsibility; understanding of business implications of decisions.
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail. Works with integrity and ethically.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
- 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must have knowledge of stock-control systems to effectively record and analyze the movement of supplies.
