Position Overview
The Account Executive will play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships while achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will excel in client engagement, contract renewals, and strategy development and demonstrate strong client management proficiency. Experience in Imagenet's core services, particularly within the healthcare BPO space, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy and Execution (40%)
- Achieve assigned revenue and growth quotas through upselling and cross-selling Imagenet’s services.
- Develop and implement tailored client growth strategies, collaborating with marketing and operations teams.
- Client Relationship Management (30%)
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align services with client needs and explore growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Contract and SOW Management (20%)
- Lead contract renewal negotiations in collaboration with cross-functional teams to secure client loyalty.
- Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for ongoing and new client engagements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)
- Partner with operations, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure client success.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients, aligning with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management with demonstrated success in meeting revenue quotas.
- Experience in the healthcare BPO industry, particularly in claims adjudication, document management, or contact center solutions, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Located in Tampa, FL, or Los Angeles, CA, with travel required as needed.
