The Director of Sales Operations will serve as the backbone of the sales organization, ensuring operational efficiency, accurate reporting, and streamlined processes. Key Responsibilities
Sales Analytics & Reporting :
Build and maintain critical reporting dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau (or other BI tools) to provide transparency into pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
Deliver accurate and timely reports for board meetings and weekly sales calls, anticipating the needs of sales leaders.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in sales data and reporting processes, ensuring all information is up-to-date and actionable.
Own the accuracy and reporting of sales pipeline across all lines of business.
Process Improvement & Enablement :
Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.
Manage weekly deal review calls, ensuring alignment across teams and providing actionable insights to sales leadership.
Develop monthly dashboards and ensure all sales opportunities are fully updated in Salesforce.
Technology Management :
Oversee and optimize Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot tools to ensure alignment with business needs.
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to reporting systems, including the potential use of Tableau or other BI platforms.
Coordinate with IT to ensure appropriate system access and functionality for the sales team.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Partner with stakeholders, including marketing, contracting, and IT teams, to align on goals and initiatives.
Act as the go-to resource for sales leaders, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication across departments.
Manage a sales and marketing coordinator and potentially expand the sales ops team.
Leadership & Culture :
Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, anticipating needs and proactively providing solutions.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales operations function.
Support onboarding and enablement for new sales hires, ensuring they have the tools and training to succeed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
8-10 years of experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of implementing and optimizing sales processes.
Proficiency with Salesforce and strong familiarity with LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is a plus.

What We Offer :
Competitive salary ($120,000 - $150,000 base, commensurate with experience).
