Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for working with the Member Communications project team, managed care clients, and vendors to support current and future programs. In this role you will be part of a larger project team and will be specifically accountable for the on-time and accurate delivery of mandated material programs on behalf of managed care clients across the member lifecycle.

Essential Functions
· Manage the implementation and ongoing production of mandated programs to business/compliance requirements under tight deadlines.
· Monitor programs to ensure strong execution against contractual and requested services and SLAs; quality control, production and billing, and reporting.
· Work with internal project, client and vendor teams to manage member data processing and art file deliverables to print and/or digital production teams, including data and assets required for daily fulfillment, monthly changes, and annual contract year updates.
· Develop pricing proposals for opportunities in partnership with Sales, ensuring alignment of Services Agreements and Scopes of Work for Member Communications products.
· Consult with internal departments on enrollee materials and work collaboratively on all material-related projects and hand-offs, facilitating effective communication between all involved parties.
· Manage mailing services including handling data, communicating variable data fields, manage job versions, and ability to speak to USPS postal requirements, methods and pricing.
· Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and fulfillment grids used in fulfillment processes.
· Participate in year-end performance assessments by program, sharing lessons learned with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders for process improvements.
· Demonstrate a proven track record of experience in print and fulfillment projects, including traditional and Just in Time/On Demand print, fulfillment programs, digital distribution, and vendor management.

· Flexible and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a home office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Experience Required:
At least three years of experience in print and fulfillment workflows working with or in a health care or managed care organization, working with guidance and/or regulatory requirements. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and/or Commercial/Exchange Member Materials such as ANOC, EOC, SB, Formularies, Provider Directories, New Member Kits etc.
Preferred
Over five years of experience with requirements and pricing for print and fulfillment, and experience in working with vendors on creation of pricing proposals. Experience with regulated enrollee materials for a managed care organization or health insurance company for Medicare, Medicaid and/or Commercial/Exchange products and associated regulations. Experience in the use of content management software to create multiple versions from a template, to develop and edit content of regulated materials. Project management experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; demonstrated experience in the print and fulfillment, health care industry, and regulations may be considered in lieu of degree.
