Marketing Specialist

General Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Tumwater, WA office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating content for ImageSource and our ILINX software platform. This role involves consistent teamwork with Sales, Marketing and Executive staff to create content across multiple formats and environments. Travel may be required to support tradeshows and other marketing lead-generation activities. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic collaborator and marketer with an eye on lead generation, reporting transparency, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in our established brand guidelines and standards of excellence.
• Manage video channels. Collaborate with all teams to produce video content: customer success videos, demo videos, explainer videos, webinar production, and clips. Editing longer-form content for short clips to be used in direct customer communication, website, and social media.
• Manage website, web updates, and continuous improvement of our brand and value expression, including creating website content, success stories, blog posts, and copy. Work with web hosting and design partners to continue to grow our audience.
• Manage our social media presence, plan/schedule consistent posts, and collaborate as needed on content and graphics.
• Execute our SEO/SEM and Ad Words strategy with marketing agency partners and through our content. Know competitors, keywords, spend results and make necessary changes within budget.
• Report monthly, quarterly, and annually on activities, content utility, and individual, team, and company improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, or sales. Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.

Product/Service Knowledge

• Demonstrate mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools/platforms
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of our ILINX branded tools and the functionality of each tool.
• Demonstrate knowledge of corporate vision and current strategic and tactical objectives.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ImageSource corporate and product branding guidelines.

Required Reporting/Attendance

• Monthly goals, activities/accomplishments, and forecast of other activities.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
