Position Overview :
As a Residential Estimator, you will be the responsible for assessing project requirements and providing accurate estimates that contribute to our continued success. Excellent follow-up is essential. This salaried role offers an excellent base pay related to your experience, complemented by a bonus structure that rewards your results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers from estimate through closing, and during the course of the job as necessary.
- Utilize our custom estimating software and CRM.
- Conduct thorough on-site assessments to determine project scope of work and pricing.
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive cost estimates for residential projects, along with some small commercial repaint projects.
- Collaborate with office staff, sales staff, project management, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners.
