Description : Traffic Assistant
Imagicomm Communications - KAYU-TV , KCYU-TV and KFFX-TV FOX affiliates in Spokane, and Yakima, WA seeks an individual for our open Traffic Assistant position.
Job Description
The objective of his key position is to work in partnership with Traffic, Sales, Master Control, and Promotions to produce daily traffic logs for 6 TV signals, including FOX and Telemundo.
Primary Duties May Include (but are not limited to) :
- Reviewing daily logs for accuracy, conflicts and oversell.
- Working with AEs and applying copy instructions to orders.
- Managing format grids; applying, reviewing and adjusting formats as needed.
- Daily reconciliation of program logs.
- Communicating updates / changes with traffic, sales and master control.
- Back up and cross train in in all traffic responsibilities as needed.
