Job Title: Team Assistant
Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Team Assistant to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our team’s day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and helping to keep us organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative duties such as taking detailed notes in meetings, assisting with data entry, and managing employee and contractor hours on a weekly basis.
- Travel & Logistics: Book hotels and make travel arrangements, ensuring everything is seamless and cost-effective.
- Data Organization: Assist with data management across multiple platforms, including uploading information to Shopify, updating spreadsheets, and organizing files.
- Communication: Comfortable communicating with internal team members and external partners, with a positive, can-do attitude. No phone anxiety—you're able to handle phone calls and emails professionally.
- Proactive Problem Solving: You are a self-starter, a "Yes" person who takes initiative and can handle tasks with minimal supervision. You’ll anticipate needs and be resourceful in getting things done without constant direction.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to data entry and checking for spelling and accuracy.
- Team Player: You’ll work closely with our team and have a flexible, collaborative attitude to get the job done. You're comfortable jumping in wherever needed to help out.

- Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Microsoft, and Dropbox.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
