Pre-K Preschool Teacher

Preschool Teacher Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, facilitating classroom activities, and supporting the social, emotional, and developmental growth of preschool-aged children. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development. Provide individualized attention and support to children as needed. Use a variety of teaching methods and activities (arts, crafts, storytelling, play) to engage children and promote learning. Foster positive relationships with children and their families. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom. Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and behaviors. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about their child’s development. Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to create a team-oriented atmosphere. Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution skills among students. Follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure the well-being of all children in your care.
