Overview

Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children and their families.
- Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, including first aid and emergency procedures.
Experience
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and caregiving practices is essential.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
