Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-time Afternoon Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children birth to 1 year old.
Duties
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all Infants.
- Facilitate daily activities that promote learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Infants preferred; nannying or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff members.
- A nurturing attitude with the ability to build trusting relationships with infants.
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education or related fields are highly desirable.

Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
