Description
This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer and manages the membership program. This position requires an experienced professional, who is a top performer with outstanding organizational skills. This position is responsible for growing, managing and retaining the membership base for Imagination Station through sales, promotions and member events.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and monitoring a budget
- Develop membership campaigns
- Maintain the accuracy of the membership database
- Accurately input all memberships into the membership database, print cards and ensure that members receive new cards within a timely manner
- Respond promptly to inquiries within 24 hours from prospective members and current members
- Working with Marketing, own the project of creation and update of membership and marketing material i.e., letters, new member welcome packs, newsletters, e-bulletins, fact sheet, membership directories, member listings, member questionnaires and brochures
- Coordinate special membership initiative offers and recognition programs such as sneak previews of traveling exhibits and member only events
- Develop and implement target market strategies for membership direct mail and telemarketing programs to recruit and retain members
- Create sales incentive programs for front desk staff
- Identify potential sources of new members and business opportunities
