Full-Time Summer Nanny + After-School Care for Active Sibling Trio (Imagine Care Nannies)

Now Hiring: Energetic & Reliable Nanny for Three Fun-Loving Boys (Full-Time Summer Part-Time School Year)

Location: Southeast Huntsville

Schedule:

• Summer (July 1 – Aug 1): Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• School Year (starting Aug 2): Monday–Friday, 7:00–8:00 AM & 2:30–5:30 PM
• Start Date: Orientation mid-June

Pay: $20–25/hr, based on experience. (guaranteed 22.5 hrs/week)

Are you up for an adventure with three active, smart, and silly boys? This wonderful family is new to the area and looking for a capable, confident nanny who can jump right in. Their two 11-year-old twins and 7-year-old brother are full of personality, energy, and curiosity — and they need a dependable caregiver who can help guide them through both summer fun and the school-year routine.

This job is dynamic — full-time summer care will include pool trips, movies, outdoor play, snacks, sibling negotiations, and lots of movement. In the fall, the schedule shifts to getting the boys off to school in the morning and welcoming them home with snacks, wind-down time, and homework help in the afternoon.

• A playful spirit — think more Mary Poppins than Nanny McPhee
• Confidence in setting boundaries and supporting sibling dynamics
• Comfortable with light tidying and reinforcing age-appropriate responsibility
• Reliable, communicative, and team-oriented — the parents are both in high-demand jobs and value mutual respect and clear communication

Other Details:

• The family will provide pool and rec passes as needed for summer fun
• Guaranteed minimum of 22.5 hours/week starting August
• 5 paid sick days per year
• The kids love soccer, biking, outdoor play, and yes — their Nintendo Switch (within reason!)
• Parents value structure without rigidity, and prioritize kindness, safety, and connection
• Nanny will still be expected to work if the kids are mildly sick (fever without major symptoms)
