A Bit About The Role
The IT Intern will support our in-house IT department in providing onboarding support, technical assistance, maintaining material data, and configuring the digital platform. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve software\hardware technical issues, assist with The Desktop\networking and server team in the implementation of new features/functions, and provide training and support to team members.
You will work onsite in our Plano office two days per week, 4 hours each shift.
- Provide technical assistance to staff and on hardware\software-related issues.
- Assist with new hire onboarding.
- Assist with troubleshooting Network LAN and WAN issues.
- Assist teams in enhancing or changing customer support-related documentation.
- Keep complete inventory of all IT assets.
- Research and recommend solutions for technical problems.
About You
- Sophomore or Junior with Computer Science, MIS, engineering major. Basic computer operating systems and hardware knowledge.
