What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business System Analyst position at Imagine One?
Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a Business System Analyst “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position serves as a Team Lead and supports the U.S. Navy at the Washington Navy Yard in SE D.C.
Experience Requirements :
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in DoD / Navy programs and / or policies
Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and / or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management
Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
Performs business case analyses on proposed projects or initiatives, following the DoD Product Support Business Case Analysis Guidebook and / or the DON Standard Business Case Analysis Template, including software cost estimating activities as necessary
Develops and delivers the following items as required : Resource Reports, Analysis Reports, Project Reports, Technical Reports, Performance Metrics Reports, Integrated Master Schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures
May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor / specialist
Experience leading and directing teams
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Security Requirements :
U.S. Citizenship required
