What You'll Do:
As an Acute Care RN on Imagine’s acute care team, you will be part of a team that is focused on delivering acute virtual care to patients in markets nationwide. In the role of an acute care RN, you will:
- Provide professional and friendly proactive care for our patients.
- Utilize standard triage protocols to accurately assess and provide a disposition for clinical issues using our platform to either internal providers or emergency services.
- Perform virtual nursing assessments as needed.
- Serve as the front-line and initial contact for all patients at Imagine Pediatrics.
- Outbound calling to patients for follow-up visits, following up for urgent needs post enrollment call, unanswered messages via secured messaging platform,
- Manage command center
- Cross functional: enrollment, acute care providers, parents, patients, caregivers, the markets, social services, behavioral health, technology,
- Embed a family centered care philosophy in care delivery.
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in nursing assessment and triage.
- Recognize and collaborate with acute care providers, patient and family in planning and implementing care.
- Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity as ability to work with culturally diverse populations and seek out additional resources when needed.
- Perform other duties within credentialed privileges as needed.

- Licensed RN in at least one state with eligibility to register for other state licensures.
- 2 years in pediatric nursing.
- 2 years of ambulatory and triage experience.
- Bachelor's in nursing from an accredited university preferred.
- Experience with complex care pediatric patients preferred.
- Virtual Care experience preferred.
- 2-3 shifts
