Imagine Remodel, the Official Home Remodeler of the UConn Huskies, is expanding and seeking experienced In Home Sales Reps/Design Consultants in CT who are ready to become a part of our Management Team. You will be the the face of the company in the clients home - taking measurements and pictures, in addition to demonstrating our home improvement products and services. We offer bathrooms, kitchens, windows, doors, roofing and flooring. You will be a consultant while in training, and upon training completion you will move into the management role.
Imagine Remodel will provide you with qualified leads and confirmed appointments. No need to worry about finding business, we do that for you! If you are seeking a sales role where you're able to focus on just selling and closing and you have a knack for encouraging and supporting a team of consultants, this position is for you! Prior experience with in home sales is required.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative In Home Sales Representative/Design Consultant - MANAGER IN TRAINING to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and translating them into innovative design solutions. You will work closely with clients and your sales team to develop tailored strategies that enhance their experience and meet their objectives. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, design expertise, and executive management skills. Paid training will be provided.
Duties
- Collaborate with clients to assess their design needs and preferences.
- Develop and present design proposals that align with client goals and budget.
- Manage account relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct sales activities to expand the client base and drive business growth.
- Utilize software tools to create visual representations of design concepts.
- Engage in direct sales efforts, including upselling additional services or products.
- Provide ongoing customer service support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage a team of in home design consultants
Skills
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in home improvement.
- Proficiency in Leap software and relevant software tools is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent direct sales techniques with a knack for the "one call close".
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly effective interpersonal communication skills.
