Positional Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Software Developer to join our rapidly growing team. This role offers the chance to work on large, complex features, contribute to innovative projects, and collaborate with clients to revolutionize the customer service industry. You will become an expert in key sections of our codebase while handling technical strategy, implementation, data analysis, and client relations.
As a Business Software Developer, you will work across the technical stack, including front-end and back-end development, DevOps, machine learning, and data science tools. You'll play a pivotal role in incorporating advancements in artificial intelligence and data-driven decision-making to build features that elevate customer service standards.
Role & Responsibility
Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success
Build and manage the observability platform for the LLMs
- Build API integrations with various CRMs and custom applications using REST/GraphQL/gRPC.
- Develop user interface features to support new service offerings.
- Deploy machine learning models and manage their observability platform.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
- Ensure 99% platform uptime and maintain a robust DevOps pipeline.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Present weekly reports to clients.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience.
- Strong passion for learning and the ability to explain technical concepts.
- Excellent team collaboration skills and empathy for customer service.
- Experience with Apple products (preferred).
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Apollo Federation, multi-tenancy architecture, and PyTorch.
