Role & Responsibility :

Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success

  • Administer all corporate benefit programs, including management of enrollment systems, deductions, employee inquiries and vendor relationships.
  • Support the Payroll and HRIS functions by maintaining the integrity of the data in the system, including performing employee status changes.
  • Work with 401(k) plan recordkeeper on plan changes and administrative functions.
  • Oversee required audits of 401(k) plan.
  • Maintain electronic and paper personnel files.
  • Manage all aspects of the organization’s Open Enrollment period.
  • Complete regular internal audits of all HR data including, but not limited to, employment file, deduction and enrollment information.
  • Administer corporate Referral Program and rewards.
  • Perform bill reconciliation for all applicable vendors.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive

  • High School Education, in Human Resources Management or closely related field.
  • 1-2 years of HR administrative support experience preferred.
  • 2 years of benefits administration.
  • Experience with ADP preferred; other systems will be considered.
  • Knowledge of ERISA guidelines preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to utilize computer programs.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Salary : $26 - $27
