Role & Responsibility :
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Administer all corporate benefit programs, including management of enrollment systems, deductions, employee inquiries and vendor relationships.
- Support the Payroll and HRIS functions by maintaining the integrity of the data in the system, including performing employee status changes.
- Work with 401(k) plan recordkeeper on plan changes and administrative functions.
- Oversee required audits of 401(k) plan.
- Maintain electronic and paper personnel files.
- Manage all aspects of the organization’s Open Enrollment period.
- Complete regular internal audits of all HR data including, but not limited to, employment file, deduction and enrollment information.
- Administer corporate Referral Program and rewards.
- Perform bill reconciliation for all applicable vendors.
