Our client is seeking a Communications Specialist to design and coordinate direct patient communications, focusing on acquisition, integration, and operational changes in care notifications. In this role, you’ll develop impactful messaging to inform patients about provider changes and other critical updates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Role & Responsibility :
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Designs and coordinates direct patient communications with a specific focus on acquisition, integration and operational changes in care notifications (provider change, term or move; clinic closure or move; payer term; panel movement, etc.), patient engagement letters and mailings, patient quality letters and mailings, Medicare ACO and CIN notices, and other.
- Creation and deployment of nonclinical patient emails, project tracking and adherence to compliance and legal requirements.
- Other duties as assigned that are critical to the effectiveness of the communications team.
- Sourcing data from various places and putting them together in a cohesive report using Excel.
