Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following established safe work practices and procedures; investigating and reporting identified safety concerns or situations.
- Implement standards contained in the Company “Code of Ethics & Business Conduct,” Company EEO practices, and DOE directives.
- Direct day-to-day execution of specialized financial and project programs, including interfacing with external customers and addressing their concerns.
- Develop highly visible and vital financial plans, policies, and programs and long-term objectives. Conduct various financial analyses incorporating various complex microcomputer applications.
- Report any issues or concerns related to project financial activities to management with recommendations for resolution.
- Report financial figures by preparing and submitting government or corporate financial reports; intra company transfers, developing fiscal year labor rates; coordinating site wide accrual process.
- Ensure account accuracy by performing a variety of account analysis and reconciliations.
- Contribute to team effort by providing financial support as requested, with special focus on project management and project control support.
- Ensure account accuracy by maintaining the general or corporate ledger.
- Report financial figures by preparing and submitting government or corporate financial reports; intra company transfers, developing fiscal year labor rates; coordinating site wide accrual process.
- Provide effective cash management by controlling accounts receivable, payables and letter of credit transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll distributions and withholdings.
- Guide cost analysis process by tracing and verifying unallowable cost items.
- Regular attendance is required.
