Our client is seeking a Loan Processing Specialist to support mortgages and loan applications by coordinating with customers, brokers, and internal teams. Role & Responsibility :

Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success :

• Manage loan applications from submission through closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and external partners to obtain and verify necessary documentation (e.g., employment verification, credit reports, appraisals, title searches, and bank statements).
• Identify and escalate inconsistencies or missing information in loan files to ensure compliance with mortgage guidelines.
• Monitor loan conditions and work closely with underwriting to resolve outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan records in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support administrative tasks, including preparing commitment letters and coordinating with closing teams.
