Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Plans and participates in the gathering and analysis of information for defining project scope, business requirements, process definition, training, testing and other activity and documentation to support project delivery.
- Performs routine to complex analysis and research in support of business goals and strategies.
- Defines and implements modifications to solve problems. Assists in day-to-day project support.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of new projects, products, programs and initiatives to achieve short and long term business objectives and strategic outcomes.
- Assist in the development project roadmaps and plans.
- Assists in addressing problems/solutions, risks and issues of any scope and size.
- Analyses information, determine feasible solutions and articulate recommendations to project team.
- Maintain an understanding of the areas affected by the project including its functions, processes and operations.
- Undertake small and medium size efforts, co-coordinating activities and tasks across team and departmental boundaries.
- Plan and support the development of communications plans, test plans, change management plans and training plans to aid in the implementation and adoption of project deliverables.
- Adhere to all current standards and procedures ensuring all efforts are properly and accurately documented. Suggest enhancements to procedures and standards where necessary.
- Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
Skills & Experience:
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- Bachelors or equivalent work experience,
- OR in lieu of a degree, a minimum of four years proven relevant work experience training or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year proven project management experience (project role may vary).
- Skilled in report preparation for multiple audiences using Excel and PowerPoint
- Gathering and aggregating information from several sources.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience managing Network Infrastructure projects
