Role & Responsibility :
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
- Collaborate with students, administrators, and parents to develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and provide immediate support to students in urgent situations.
- Coordinate with external agencies and community resources to connect students and families with additional support services.
- Deliver mental health education and training for school staff to promote awareness and create a supportive school culture.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students receiving mental health services, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
