Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Advocate to serve on our Quality Team as a medical/behavioral representative. This individual will provide oversight and support (in-person and virtual) to individuals with complex medical and/or behavioral challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing resources and support to individuals in crisis
- Showing empathy and compassion in interactions with individuals experiencing mental health challenges
- Participating and providing support within the implementation of an individual's care plan, including their interventions and additional supports
- Connecting individuals and/or staff with resources/education necessary as it relates to mental health, chemical dependency, or inappropriate sexual behaviors
