Imagine Theatre is seeking a passionate and talented Choreographer to join our creative team for our upcoming production of Finding Nemo Jr. If you are dedicated to creating inspiring theatrical experiences for young performers, we want to hear from you!
Production Details
- Production: Finding Nemo Jr.
- Pay: $1,000 per position
- Auditions & Callbacks: March 31 & April 1, 2025
- Performances: May 16, 17, and 18, 2025 (4 total shows)
Rehearsal Schedule
*Those with some conflicts are encouraged to still apply to see if we can accommodate. Not all artistic team members need to attend each rehearsal unless scheduleed.
- Mondays: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Fridays: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Location
Rehearsals and performances will take place at our new space:
27861 SE Grange St, Boring, OR 97009
Choreographer Responsibilities
- Design and teach engaging choreography that aligns with the themes and tone of Finding Nemo Jr.
- Work collaboratively with the director and production team to enhance storytelling through movement.
- Lead and inspire a cast of young performers with varying levels of dance experience.
- Productions performed with tracks. Rehearsal tracks also provided.
Qualifications for Both Positions
- Experience working with youth in theatre productions.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- Availability for all rehearsals, auditions, callbacks, and performances.
- A positive and energetic attitude!
