Imagine your capacity, Counseling and Consulting, LLC (ICC), located in Madison, WI is seeking an Office Manager (20 hours per week) to support various office functions within the organization. Preferred skills and experience:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally in person, by phone, and over email with potential and current clients, families, and funding source administrators.
· High attention to detail, self-direction, ability to manage time well, and ability to work independently.
· Able to work in a flexible and adaptable manner.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and specific software applications including Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel.
· Proficient with modifying, combining and creating simple PDF documents.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and experience working in a HIPAA compliant environment.
· Ability to update content on website (some website design experience a plus).
· Knowledge of state and county funding sources including CCS, CLTS, and IRIS and insurance billing.
· Knowledge and understanding of neurodivergent populations.
· Previous successful office experience, specifically in the mental health field.
· Previous experience working within Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
