ON-SITE MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT

We are seeking applicants for an On-Site Maintenance Superintendent for a condominium association in Danbury, Connecticut. The Site Superintendent is responsible for the safe and effective planning, direction, supervision, performance and evaluation of all day-to-day aspects of maintenance and facilities operations of the association. Duties include both supervisory and manual efforts in the care and upkeep of 158 residential buildings and public facilities such as a clubhouse and recreational areas.
The site superintendent reports directly to the property manager. The Site Superintendent is often named as "designated supervisor" in service contracts and maintenance projects using outside contractors. In such capacity, the Site Superintendent has significant authority in the supervision and direction of work performed by others.

This is an hourly position with occasional after-hours responsibilities for emergencies
Salary : $23 - $28
