Essential Duties
- Implement, integrate, configure and customize product solutions
- Assess areas of opportunity and develop and maintain tools that improve efficiency for internal customers
- Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for software engineers
- Collaborate with revenue and engineering teams to understand the requirements needed to integrate third-party products into Billing platform
- Work directly with partners and clients to write specifications and ultimately build and customize integration solutions
- Create and implement automated, scalable product installations and deployment packages
- Responsible for on time ticket and project resolution surrounding server migrations, interfaces, installations and module configurations
- Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources
- Provide timely completion of secondary documentation material / knowledge base maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience Needed
BS/BA in Computer/IT related degree preferred
Qualifications You Must Have
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of internal and external customers
- Strong understanding of business, client and product workflows
- Intermediate-to-Mastery level knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications
- Intermediate level knowledge of SQL, database environments, and code trouble-shooting preferred
- Highly motivated to grasp complex software and learn technical material quickly
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work within a team in order to design, code, and test new software solutions to technical issues
- Complete an internal certification course to demonstrate mastery of the various billing applications our company provides
