Imaging Associates is seeking a full time Guest Services Representative to join our busy, fast-paced front desk with reception and scheduling duties. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position with an opportunity to work 8-hour or 10-hour shifts to provide a balance of work and personal life. This position will perform patient scheduling and registration tasks including collecting co-pays and deductibles at time of service, and handling incoming calls for the practice.
Willing to train the right person!
Requirements
Qualifications : 1 years experience in a specialty medical practice preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.Experience with medical pre-authorizations preferred.Experience with multi-line telephone system, personal computers, and other common office equipment required.Regular attendance is an absolute requirement of this position.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
