Position Overview:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products within the warehouse. This includes using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, as well as manually handling items. The role requires counting, sorting, packing, and unpacking products of varying sizes, and working closely with other warehouse staff and managers to ensure the efficient operation of daily procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload products by hand or with equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Move products and materials around the warehouse.
- Sort, count, and verify items for accurate inventory management.
- Pack and unpack products efficiently and securely.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and managers to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus, but not required (entry-level candidates welcome).
- Ability to lift and move heavy products manually or with equipment.
- Comfortable working with warehouse tools and machinery (training will be provided if needed).
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- RF Scanner experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
