Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Whether our customers are switching from one TMS platform to Fleet Enable, or we are their first TMS provider, they all need to be trained on how to understand the Fleet Enable workflow and use the platform successfully to achieve their return on investment. This role is critical to our
onboarding process ensuring users are able to test their environment during account setup, realize a smooth go-live, reduce Support requests and mitigate churn.
- Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions to customer users, utilizing a variety of instructional methods like virtual step-by-step walkthrough training, virtual shadow training, in-person classroom style learning, interactive exercises, simulations and more.
- Deliver training sessions with enthusiasm, clarity and full understanding of both the industry and platform.
- Travel to customer locations for go-live dates to ensure a successful onboarding process and provide additional training on-site.
- Analyze customer performance data to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to different levels of service.
- Create engaging training materials including presentation outlines, manuals, online forums, FAQs, Best Practices, etc. to effectively convey information and skills.
- Develop and administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must be based within the United States.
- 1 years of experience in the final mile freight industry.
- Dispatching, invoicing and billing experience is a plus.
- Have a technical background with the ability to understand platform capabilities and limitations.
- Ability to travel domestically on a monthly basis. International travel may be required at some point.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and engage trainees.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, along with the ability to assess training needs, identify performance gaps, and develop targeted training solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
