Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Here at Fleet Enable, our Onboarding Project Managers are responsible for owning the onboarding process for each of their assigned customers. Following our process and timelines, they work with stakeholders to plan, execute and manage onboarding tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with team members, customers and other stakeholders.
• Understand the specific needs of each assigned customer to be onboarded.
• Oversee the successful integration of new customers to Fleet Enable and its platform products through the management of onboarding project plans and timelines.
• Provide training, resources and support throughout the onboarding process.
• Set proper expectations with new customers upfront to ensure a smooth and positive experience and equip them with the proper tools and knowledge to successfully utilize the platform.
• Track progress, identify potential issues and implement solutions to ensure projects stay on
  track

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates must be based within the United States.
• Experience in freight logistics, especially the final mile freight industry is preferred.
• Experience in customer onboarding and project management, including planning, execution and monitoring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems effectively.
• Proficient in Jira software tools.
