ABOUT THE POSITION
The Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation across professional services and small group of SaaS products. This leadership role involves managing a team of the agency’s marketing professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across products and services that aligns with the company’s vision and goals
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts leading prospects from MQLs to SQLs
- Brand Management
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints
- Strengthen brand identity and reputation through targeted campaigns and storytelling
- Manage public relations and crisis communication strategies when necessary
- Campaign Development and Execution
- Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, traditional advertising and industry channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and promotional materials
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report results to stakeholders
- Budget and Resource Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, agencies, and media partners as needed
- Partnerships and Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers and partners
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8 years of experience in marketing
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns for professional services and SaaS
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, analytics, and emerging marketing technologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in using marketing automation tools and media/analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with an aptitude for problem-solving and innovation
