ABOUT THE POSITION
The Junior Designer is a key member of the creative team and is responsible for assisting with the development and execution of creative concepts. Under the guidance of the Sr. Art Director, the Jr. Designer will contribute to various projects, learning and growing their design skills.
The Junior Designer will participate in multiple projects in which their responsibilities are required. The Jr. Designer is responsible for working with Project Managers to ensure projects are on time. This role reports to the Senior Art Director.
JUNIOR DESIGNER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design Assistance : Collaborate with the Art Directors and senior designers to develop creative concepts and design assets.
- Design Execution : Create and produce design elements such as logos, illustrations, layouts, and digital graphics.
- Technical Skills : Demonstrate proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Learning and Growth : Continuously develop design skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Teamwork : Collaborate effectively with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and project managers.
