Key Responsibilities
- Team Building: Lead and motivate the optical sales team to reach their full potential.
- Sales Goals: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets through effective team collaboration.
- Hiring & Coaching: Recruit, mentor, and coach your team members to excel in their roles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Ophthalmologists and Optometrists to ensure seamless patient care.
- Growth Focus: Develop and execute growth plans based on metrics and achievements.
- Contact Lens Management: Oversee a fully stocked contact lens department.
- Multi-location Management: Manage our 5 locations with compensated travel expenses.
