*Responsibilities* - Engage with customers to promote products and increase brand awareness. - Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. - Utilize retail math to assist customers with product selections and recommendations. - Demonstrate effective upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience. - Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling. - Maintain a clean and organized sales area to create an inviting atmosphere. - Exhibit strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. - Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
