Duties:
- Warmly greet customers and provide an exceptional, welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect inspirational product to meet their needs.
- Operate the cash register with precision and efficiency.
- Demonstrate products and answer customer inquiries to promote sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve sales goals and uphold a positive atmosphere.
- Stay informed about products and promotions to offer knowledgeable recommendations.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with both colleagues and customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
- Assist in inventory management and product replenishment.
- Participate in jewelry creation, including hands-on bracelet making.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that suit their style and preferences.
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase the features and quality of jewelry items.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a visually appealing display of jewelry products to attract customers.
- Supervise inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, particularly in retail sales environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
