Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operations of the nursing department
- Oversight of clinical services
- Develop and Maintain positive relationships with residents, family members and medical providers
- Recruiting/staffing/scheduling for the nursing department
- Managing department budget and ordering supplies while controlling expenses, etc.
Wage is negotiable based on experience of successful candidate.
**Currently this position has a $7,000 sign on bonus that will be paid monthly over 2 years.
