Currently seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator for a skilled nursing facility, which is located in the Decatur, IL area. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher and be willing to get NHA license if they don't already have it.
Successful candidate is responsible for:
- Overall operations of the facility
- Overall fiscal management
- Staff recruitment and retention
- Marketing
- Oversight of all departments in order to ensure excellent care of our residents
Focus on regulatory requirements is top priority. Must have excellent management skills and "people" skills. Must be willing to be a prominent presence with involvement within the community.
Competitive wages and benefits. Wage is negotiable depending on license status and experience.
Sign on Bonus of $10,000 paid out bi-monthly over 2 years.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within a long-term care facility
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of supervising staff
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial acumen, and operations management
- Experience in working with individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with medication administration and care planning processes
