- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and handling phone communications with clients.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and other professionals.
- Support the team in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Collaborate with attorneys to ensure all deadlines are met and cases are progressing smoothly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a law office is preferred, particularly in estate planning or related fields.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and writing skills is essential.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw is an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
